Description :we have three sweet girls and 3 boys remaining. Wonderful temperament, suitable for young children, thanks to their sweet, devoted and affectionate nature. Loves to be a family companion or especially a one to one dedicated friend. A very loyal little dog which makes them great as a watchdog, always quick to let owners know when strangers are around. The Lhasa comes from Tibet, and he takes his name from the holy city of Lhasa. For thousands of years, the Lhasa was bred exclusively by nobility and monks in monasteries to act as an inside guard and protector. Though small in stature, the Lhasa is a sturdy and an independent dog. The modern Lhasa approaches life the way his forebears did: he is a loyal guardian of home and family. The Lhasa's protective nature can surprise those unfamiliar with him, given his small size and long, flowing coat. He certainly doesn't appear fierce. Lhasa’s may be small, but they are robust dogs. They are playful and fun-loving yet proud and dignified by nature. Owning a dog is the best way to exercise but Lhasa’s are not too demanding when it comes to “walkiesâ€. A short or long walk will do them fine both ways.
